Reef Hotel Johannesburg, Johannesburg

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had a clean bathroom, but they felt a bit cramped with all the appliances in them. The functional TV set was a plus. The service was exceptional, especially from the kind Indian manager who explained all the stops on the hop-on-hop-off tour during breakfast. However, some additional arrangements for special tours had to be paid for separately. The location, while being right in the city center, was not the most pleasant. The dining with freshly made fruit juices was a highlight, but the meals were on the smaller side. The facilities were good overall.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering an impressive view of the CBD through big windows. Although they were packed with 5 appliances, it added to the convenience. The service was exceptional, with additional arrangements for special tours to Pilanesburg National Park and a very convenient shuttle service with friendly drivers who were dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. The location in the financial district was ideal, making it easy to access all main tourist places. The dining experience with a great view of Johannesburg and freshly made fruit juices was delightful. The facilities were top-notch and added to the overall experience.
